AMAZING GRACE -Audlem Lass crew
Janet Maughan

It's been an 'amazing' week! The Mend our Mum Amazing Grace video came out last week and has now clocked up over 25,000 views on youtube. For anyone who doesn't know — Mend our Mum is a fund raising campaign which was set up by the daughters of Berni Cliff. Berni lives in Audlem and earlier this year was diagnosed with a very rare form of gall bladder cancer. The NHS will only provide chemotherapy, although other treatment is available at a cost of around £100,000. So, being the fab community that Audlem is, the village has got behind the campaign and John Gunstone of ThenMedia, as well as all the rest of the organising committee of the Audlem Music Festival and over 1000 Audlem people have got together and produced a brilliant rendition of Amazing Grace. It's a must see! To view the video, go to You Tube and search for Mend Our Mum, and you can even download the track from itunes!
