There's definitely a feeling of spring in the air this morning — I walked down to the marina and the birds were singing their little hearts out — I know it's still February (technically) but surely we're over the worst the winter can bring. I think early spring in this country has to be one of the best times and places ever, and being in Cheshire makes it even better — everything starts to wake up and practically unfold in front of you. Just as I got to the marina I looked across the fields and saw a buzzard circling on the air currents — he looked magnificent and as I stood and appreciated him I couldn't help but think how lucky I was to be stood there.
