Never a dull day

Here come the girls

That's the last time I sit in the Overwater Marina office complaining that I have nothing to blog about — within minutes Alison from the Coffee Lounge came running in to say she'd been down the marina drive and had been overtaken by a group of galloping cattle, all heading straight for the main road. So that was that — all hands to the decks — I set off on my bike, Alison in the car, Angus the landrover and Colin in the gator. As I passed the Overwater garden, pedalling like mad, I glanced over to see Sam sitting in the middle of the living willow den...... So then it became like one of those Benny Hill chases.... car, bike, landrover, gator and Sam running behind. As we got to the corner of the Marina drive a knight in shining armour (Ok, so it was a silver 4x4) had found them on the road and was busy herding them back down the drive. So then it began all again....car...bike...landrover.....gator...Sam still running behind. They had found their way out of a gate which seems to have magically opened itself — just as well really, because they stampeded all the way back and neatly in through the gate.... never a dull moment!!
