The funniest thing I've seen this week was the sight of Debbie from the Overwater Coffee Lounge dressed in a giant Sumo suit trying to wrestle Alex to the ground. It would also have to be said that a not inconsiderate amount of wine may have been consumed to get them to that point. The reason for all this frivolity was that as of today I've officially reached middle age and hit 40. It's been bothering me all week, but actually, now I've got here — I don't feel any different so maybe it's not that bad after all, and, as one friend pointed out, the best thing about 40 is that it ryhmes with "naughty"!!
