Sunday 29th April
2.30pm until 4.30pm
A Fire Engine and team will be at the Marina this Sunday!
They will be hosting a talk with members of the public regarding water safety and answering any questions you may have on the subject.
Drowning is one of the UK's leading causes of accidental death. Each year more than 300 people drown after tripping, falling or just by underestimating the risks associated with being near water. Many more people are left with life changing injuries in water related incidents.
If you are interested then please take the time to come and have a chat with the fire service, and hopefully learn something that will keep you safe!
The Overwater Team
The Fire Fighters will be on duty. This will mean that if an emergency should arise then they will have to respond. If this happens then we shall re-schedule for them to come another time.
The Audlem Lass will be back in the water from 30th March 2019. This wonderful little service, run by volunteers, offers a short boat trip from the marina to the bottom of the Audlem Flight (and back). The service operates every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday until the end of October. You can also charter the boat for private use during the week, subject to crew availability. Call Joe...

The team nicknamed "Peeky's Blinders" were in their bespoke mini...
