Booking and pre-arrival
We cater for touring caravans and narrowboats. We also have a small development of luxury Glamping Wagons available to book. We aim to make our website as accessible as possible.
We can also provide a brochure and Marina Handbook in print by post if required. We offer telephone, email and face to face contact with our customers as well as connection by social media.
Useful Information
- The nearest public payphone is available at the entrance to the public car park in Audlem.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- The nearest bus stop is in the village of Audlem.
- Maps of the marina are available from the marina reception.
Arrival and car parking
The main marina driveway is tarmac. Parking and the caravan site drive and pitches are gravelled. Disabled parking is available by the Marina Reception by an area which is block paved. A level threshold is provided into the Marina Reception via the rear porch door and the Cafe door. Disabled washrooms are also provided in the main reception building and caravan site amenities block. We aim to help you as much as we can. Public areas – general info
The speed limit on the main marina drive is 25mph. This is reduced to 10mph past the Caravan Club CL and round the moorings. Benches can be found around the Marina Reception building, some of which are designed to accommodate wheelchair users. Waste disposal and recycling points are located on the car park behind the Marina Reception building, by the caravan site and in the marina compound near the main gates. If you need any help accessing these bins please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
Showers, toilets & laundry
The caravan site has a toilet and shower block by its entrance. The path in front of this block is level concrete. There are separate disabled shower, toilet and washing facilities. Additional showers and toilets are available in the Marina Reception building. A level threshold and disabled shower and toilet can be found via the porch entrance on the back of the building. A laundry room is also available in this building, tokens can be purchased from the Reception desk. A chemical toilet disposal point is available at the back of the Marina Reception Building and by the toilet block on the caravan site.
If the EMERGENCY SERVICES are required, please dial 999 and inform them of your pitch number, the gate code and if possible arrange for someone to meet them at the gate to ensure they can find you.
