I've found my camera

Great news – after an absence of at least a week and much arguing and accusations as to "who had it last" I've finally found my camera so I can take a few more photos for the gallery. Today was a perfect day for it too – blue skies and lots of sunshine, long may it last! I spent the morning tackling my backlog of paperwork with Sue our new Marina Supervisor.

At the moment my office is technically the lounge, or rather the area inside the bay window. Here I am recreating the seven wonders of the world in piles of paper and box files. Hopefully it won't take her too long to work out which piles are which and at least on the plus side we have the sofa for a nap if we end up working too late! That said I can't wait until we can get into our new marina office. It was being decorated today and the lights were put in yesterday. Now we have the slow process of comissioning the underfloor heating and tiling the floor. I found a great place to buy office furniture and was having a lovely time looking at desks and filing cabinets (I've always had a bit of a thing for stationery and office equipment) until my phone rang and I discovered I was supposed to be on site in a meeting in 10 minutes........it's surprising how quickly you can get home from Stoke when you need to.....
