Summer again

I can't believe what fantastic weather we're having again (should I say that quietly so I don't jinx it?!) Not only has the sun been shining but we've hardly had any wind so the marina has looked like a mill pond. It's incredibly relaxing to be near the water when it's like that. Lots of boats are out and about making the most of it and we seem to be even busier than at the height if the season. I've had a lovely summer spending time with the kids but I have to say there is something really satisfying about being able to get back to spending more time at the marina. That said I'm back into hospital on Saturday for a bit more surgery so I'll be off for a week or two which is going to drive me nuts! It's such a hardship to have to work somewhere that you love being at so much....sigh...!
