We have WiFi!

It's been a great day today – our wifi system has been installed and will be available to everyone in the next day or so. Yesterday the installers were putting all the aerials up on the lamp posts around the site and everything was going great until they asked me where the caps for the top of the posts were. Now I know that we ordered them, but the posts arrived some time ago and I just couldn't think where they might be. Without them any rain could blow the electrics so it was pretty important to find them.

By three o'clock this morning this was becoming a bigger and bigger problem in my mind (isn't it funny how these things get out of proportion) and by 7 o'clock it had reached the stage of "we have to find them or the world might end!" Fortunately after a nice cup of tea sanity prevailed and a quick phone call establishd their whereabouts. The sense of relief was immense. It really started me thinking about how important the little things really can be in life and how much stress they can cause. Sometimes it really is good to stop and take a step back and work out what really is worth worrying about.
The building is on the final push and Sue has been working really hard sourcing things like the washing machines. She and I are getting really fit running between the white cabin by the slipway and the new offices. All we need now is a cleaning party to come in and blitz the place..........any volunteers?
