We're famous!!!

I was interviewed on BBC Radio Stoke about the marina and had a feature for over 5 minutes yesterday morning, including helpful comments from one of our moorers (thanks Paul!) To say it was nerve wracking would be an understatement but fortunately it wasn't live.

I was interviewed standing outside the facilities building looking at the new turf. I'd like to say my beautiful emerald green turf, but as the turf laying people omitted to water it in, and we've had no rain for days, it was looking decidedly sorry for itself. Enter Richard, my father-in-law with a long hose and garden sprinkler to save the day!! You could almost hear the grass sighing with relief! Now I'm thinking bowling green, croquet lawn or picnic area??? Any suggestions are more than welcome!
