HS2 consulation – have your say

HS2 will now cross the Trent and Mersey in 3 places. At Billinge Green Flash on the Trent and Mersey Canal near Rudheath Northwich this will result in a 20 metre embankment to carry HS2 over the canal and surrounding floodplain. Although work on this proposal starts in the future, now is the time to respond to the consultation before March 9th 2017. Once the plans are accepted it will be to late to do anything.
