Overwater Marina Covid-19 Update 13th May 2020

We have now received updated guidance from British Marine and the Canal and River Trust.

As of today, Wednesday 13th May 2020, we are able to allow access to existing moorers.

CRT have confirmed that you are now able to undertake short cruises on your boat, avoiding locks and other structures, but MUST NOT stay on your boat overnight, either in the marina or out on the canal.

All visitors must adhere to social distancing with other moorers and with our staff and we advise you to remain on your boat where possible.

Whilst our toilet block remains open it is currently being cleaned three times a week and cannot be guaranteed to be Covid-19 free. Please ensure you wash your hands after touching any of the marina communal facilities and use the facilities on your boat wherever possible.

Please DO NOTvisit if you, or a member of your family, has any symptoms.

Our caravan site and Cafe at Bridge 80 remain closeduntil further notice.

The Marina Office is currently open for telephone queries and contactless purchases of coal/gas/fuel/basic sundries from Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 4pm. You can contact us on 01270 812677 or email info@overwatermarina.co.uk

If you are unable to travel to your boat and return home within a day please do not visit. We are happy to check your boat and top up your electric on request and can even send you a photo of your boat to keep you going though these difficult times.
