Overwater Wheelyboat Launch

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Overwater Wheelyboat on Saturday 27th June 2015 at 3pm. Specifically aimed at wheelchair users and people who would normally be unable to board a boat like the Audlem Lass, the Overwater Wheelyboat will offer free boats trips, providing an enriching waterways experience. The boat has been grant funded and the marina will continue to fund raise to cover its running costs. The grand launch takes place on Saturday 27th June where the boat will be named "Maughan's Lass" in memory of Richard Maughan, one of the co-founders of Overwater. The boat will be blessed by the Reverend Helen Chantry and the event will be marked by the Cheshire Constabulary Corps of Drums.
